Designing affordable style with lasting quality where play meets practicality. Trend-driven, fun, and family-focused, I create accessible fashion that fits real life from concept to cart.
Assistant Apparel Designer
At Dip, Kroger’s in-house apparel brand, I designed trend-driven, customer-focused products that balanced creativity with commercial success. I was able to extend my responsibilities beyond owning Baby Toddler Boy to support multiple categories—Girls, Heart & Heritage, Boys, and Sleep and Play.
My mission was to deliver designs that were not only stylish and innovative, but also aligned with brand identity, consumer needs, and market opportunities.
These line sheets highlight my contributions to developing collections from concept to production. My responsibilities included:
Fabric selection and material sourcing for playful yet durable garments.
Technical design and spec development to maintain fit, quality, and brand standards.
Market-driven styling to align with consumer insights and trend forecasts.
Through this work, I honed expertise in trend forecasting, material research, and design execution, while strengthening my passion for innovative, quality-driven children’s apparel.
